Our Products
Our brackets and cleats come in two different sizes:
Option 1: 22mm x 12mm
Option 2: 33mm x 16 mm
Please order the cleat of the same size to match the bracket.
The angle of the cut on the cleat is 18 degrees.
We recommend that you use extra support on shelves that are wider than 900mm and use another pair of brackets at the back of the shelves, as seen in the photo.
We make our range of brackets and cleats in four different timbers, all sanded on three sides.
Beech
Beech is hardwearing, yet flexible and easy to cut. It has a straight grain and light colour. Its smooth texture makes it a popular choice for shelves, cabinets and all types of woodworking projects.
Tulip
Also known as American Poplar, Tulipwood is a light-coloured hardwood with softwood attributes. An excellent choice for those on a budget, it has a fine, smooth finish and paints very well.
Sapele
This reddish-brown hardwood is similar to mahogany. Strong and durable, it has a fine grain structure and can be oiled, varnished, or painted.
Oak
Oak is one of the most durable and versatile timbers around. Its distinctive grain gives it a stylish finish when stained or oiled. Oak’s moisture resistance makes it ideal for furniture, cupboards and cabinets.
